Pty Ltd was
founded in 1999 to meet a particular need for specialist support
in Project Management, Submarine Rescue and general Safety Management.
We are a dynamic and expanding company with a focus on understanding
our clients' needs and applying our considerable skills and experience
in a reliable and "indepth" manner.
We take seemingly intractable problems
and apply lateral solutions to achieve prompt and lasting results.

Project
Management
Through an assembly of
expert practitioners and consultants, InDepth Project Management
has over 20 years experience in the capital acquisition environment.
Use of our services provides you with access to:

in development of a Capability Model of your organisation for
use with Monsarrat® Decision Support
and Prioritisation tool.
- Extensive knowledge
and experience in the Australian and United States acquisition
and procurement systems, and to a lesser degree the Canadian procurement
system.
- Software acquisition
management expertise.
- Extensive knowledge
of complex technical, capital equipment and weapons systems projects
in a multinational environment.
- Specialists skills
and academic qualifications in project management, project engineering,
PRINCE2 management, integrated logistic support, systems engineering,

team leadership to achieve objectives on time and on budget.

and experience in the Defence Capability Development process
including: defining user requirements; preparing capability
submissions and proposals; drafting requirements studies, EASs,
PMAPs, ITRs, RFPs, RFTs, Contractors, ILS Plans and other project
related documentation.

submarine and surface warfare knowledge to project management.

while under contract to the Australian Defence Materiel Organisation

requirements for Australia's Collins class remediation program;

to wharf and electrical facilities for submarines

needs analysis for replacement combat system;

Submarine Rescue
Based on its extensive experience in procurement and operation
of submarine rescue systems, InDepth Project Management can provide
consultancy services to Navies and companies on solutions to submarine
rescue problems. We can:

- assist in refining
your requirements,
- develop documentation,
- define training systems
for operators and naval personnel,
 advise
on contract strategies for service contracts,
- advise on how best
to monitor contractor performance,
- advise on appropriate
Safety Management Systems,

During the KURSK incident,
InDepth was utilised by Defence and several media organisations
as the pre-eminent Australian expert on submarine rescue.

Safety Management
With extensive experience of Safety management systems ranging from
MIL-STD-882 through to the Safety Case regime, InDepth Project Management
is ideally positioned to assist in:
 establishing
Safety programs
- auditing Safety cases
- preparation of Safety
cases
IDPM
was engaged by the Maritime Safety Authority of NZ to support
its
Safety Case review for the NZ tourist submersible Antipodes.
We have an experienced and qualified Safety Auditor on our
staff.

of Safety Cases for RAN Maritime Ranges;
- System
Safety Program for the Replacement Combat System Project for
the RAN Collins class submarines.
